How do I reset my password?

Visit the login page and click "Forgot password." We'll send a reset link to your email address.

Can I change my email address?

Email us at support@nocturnefiction.com and we'll update it for you. Include the current email on your account so we can verify it's you.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@nocturnefiction.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We'll delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

Billing & Subscriptions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

I was charged but can't access my content.

This is usually a sync issue. Try logging out and back in. If the problem persists, email us at support@nocturnefiction.com with your email address and we'll fix it immediately.

Can I get a refund?

We handle refunds case-by-case. If you were charged in error, experienced a technical failure, or have a duplicate charge, contact us within 7 days at support@nocturnefiction.com and we'll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

I see an unrecognized charge from Nocturne Fiction / Nocturne AI.

Email us at support@nocturnefiction.com immediately. Include the charge amount, date, and the last 4 digits of the card charged. We'll investigate and resolve it within 1 business day.

Characters & Content

Will my conversation history be saved if I cancel?

Yes. Your account, character memories, and conversation history are preserved even if you cancel your subscription. Resubscribe anytime and pick up right where you left off.

What are Ultra Premium characters?

Ultra Premium characters are limited-time exclusive characters available for a one-time purchase. Once the availability window closes, they cannot be purchased again. They are tied permanently to your account.

How does After Dark content work?

After Dark unlocks explicit scenes within your conversation once your relationship with a character reaches the right threshold. It requires age verification (18+) and is purchased per scene.

Can I use the platform on mobile?

Yes — Nocturne Fiction works on mobile browsers. We recommend using Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android for the best experience.

Is this platform safe for adults?

Yes. All explicit content is fictional, involves adult characters, and follows ethical design guidelines. We do not generate content involving minors or non-consensual scenarios presented approvingly.

How do I report a problem with AI-generated content?

Email support@nocturnefiction.com with a description of what happened. We take content quality seriously and review all reports.
